NBT – Novice Boxing Training – click here to view detailed description These classes focus on learning correct boxing technique. These classes are hosted by qualified Level 1 boxing coaches to teach you the correct and safe way to box. A great intro to the art of boxing and excellent for improving fitness and strength.
CBT -Competition Boxing Training – click here to view detailed description These classes are for those with established boxing skills who wish to become more advanced or enter Amateur Boxing Tournaments. Sparring and partner work is a large focus, as well as fitness & strength training.
OBT -Open Boxing Training – Open for students who wish to do their own boxing training or follow set sessions, overseen by Matrix Boxing Coach’s. Please note this is not a fully supervised class, however Coach’s will be in the gym available for coaching advice. Use of weight training equipment is allowed in this timeslot with PT students having first preference.
BC – Boxing Circuit – click here to view detailed description A great cardio class which uses the same fitness techniques boxers use to get fit! Use boxing bags, speed ball and other boxing apparatus, focus pads with a trainer as well as body weight exercises. All fitness levels welcome.
OSSC – Old School Strength & Conditioning – click here to view detailed description Develop true core stability, balance, agility, power, muscular definition, burn fat like a maniac with improved metabolism & actually have fun doing it.
YBT – Youth Boxing Training (Ages 6-12) - click here to view detailed description Learn, through the art of boxing, how discipline, dedication and hard work allows you to achieve the goals you have set.
S.A.M. – Stretching & mobility class - incorporating soft tissue work, static and dynamic stretching and tips on how to improve posture and reduce pain.

- PT Session are for 45mins. 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE GIVEN.
- All PT students may arrive 15mins prior to warm up and wrap hands
- PT students training with head coach will have available to them—Regular fitness testing/ Nutritional and Dietary planning, regular body measurement, body fat percentage and weight analysis. *All these services are available to all Gym Members at an additional charge, as per below.
Fitness Testing every 6wks $25 per session at a scheduled date/time. Nutritional and Dietary planning (includes body measurement, body fat percentage and weight analysis) $60.
